Hi guys I have never had a problem with my Reo before so I'm not sure whats up right now.

I have an atomizer that was working just fine on my Reo for a day or two, then it just stopped working. The same atomizer still works just fine on my Provari so I know nothing is wrong with the atomizer. However.... I tried a different atomizer on the Reo and that one works just fine.

How is this possible ?

If the atomizer is drawing too much from the device, the chip will stop working. But I'm guessing you putting it on the Provari and it worked, means that the resistance is where it should be. So the only other thing I can think of is that there is a short occurring with the use of this one particular atomizer or it's not making a full connection like Rob said in the above post. An atomizer that causes a short could still read normal resistance. I would avoid using it on the REO if Rob's suggestion doesn't work. If this becomes a problem with a bunch of atomizers, then I would suggest you get a hold of Rob.

The drop can't really push the positive connector of the REO down, because the threads will prevent the movement.
But maybe you just screwed an atomizer a bit too hard: you can push the positive REO connector outwards from the inside of the REO, it is the bit where the tubing from the bottle is attached. Push that upwards a bit.
But be careful, dont use tools, or the gasket in the connector might break, then it's time for an overhaul in Maine.
