hi all I order a mini pipe from puffin on the 07 jan but by this week sent 3 e-mail to find out royal mail delivered it on the 09 jan to my door at 10 30 but it is NOT here saw need help

I see the signature just look like two lines

Then the only thing i can think of is to knock on neighbors doors and ask if they have received it, if that don't work then i have no idea.

Steve, as Romelee says, check with your neighbours & also check round the outside of your house to make sure the postie hasn't left it ina "safe" place. Then check with your local Royal Mail sorting depot.

Very true, the amount of times my postie has left goods in all kinds of places
