Wheres my package??? Please help.

Hi guys, just a little frustrated. I am from Ontario Canada and I placed a $200 order for a kit and some juice on Jan 8 2012.
I tracked it on the Jan 18 and it was at the outward office of exchange,then on Jan 27 it said final delivery to XIAMEN CHINA. Emailed Health Cabin but a week later and still no reply. Did i just loose $200. Please someone help, Im almost out of juice. Thanks.

Well, this is just my best guess...........

The package was returned to the sender by Customs. Try emailing again. China is still in the celebrations of their New Year (Year of the Dragon) which runs from January 23 to February 9, but I did hear that some Chinese suppliers would resume normal operations January 31. Everything in China is a little slow this time of year, including the post. It's just a waiting game until the China suppliers get caught up.

Try ordering some eliquid from a Canadian vendor until you receive your stuff.....maybe.....Delivery from China is iffy with customs.

I would have split the nicotine into a separate order in case Canada blocked it.

BTW - without spamming posts, get your 5 meaningful posts or replies in New Members and an hour later you will be able to post in the Canada section in National Forums. They may have some other suggestions. but you do have the dual problems of Chinese holidays and Canada customs inspection...
