I ordered a DCT-atomizer https://www.fasttech.com/products/1441303 I can't get it undone to fill it.. Does anyone know how to fill it? It is supposed to be rebuildable I can't figure that out either. I can get the bottom ring off and that's about it.

Theoretically, looking at it you should be able to unscrew the bottom ring, then the carto should be able to slide out of the bottom, allowing you to fill it.
Looks to be a carto-tank with no removable ends.
It is not rebuildble but designed to take replaceable cartomizers when they wear out.

Looks like a low buck variation of the Youde Technology AGR... without the center tube, pyrex glass and top fill screw. 
That's how I see it as well.
