Rinse out with water or pure grain alcohol and then let dry... it isn't really one of those rocket science things... just clean it just in case there is any leftover stuff from the manufacturing or if they used something on the wicks etc.

Hey all I just wanted to chime in and say the Davide is great. Just got it awhile ago and after a quick vodka bath on all pieces then a rinse and dry, I have it up and running with some Flux Bananas Foster. The vape is great and I think the draw is perfect. Looks stylish as heck too. No problems with loose drip tip like some others have said but then I'm not one to hang a Provari from my teeth. Only two little nitpicky issues though. One...out of the box the pieces were torqued up so tight I thought I was gonna bust it while trying to disassemble it for cleaning prior to use. Two... It sits a bit high on my APV so that the base plate is not really flush with the top of my Provari. I can easily slide two pieces of paper between the bottom of the Davide and the top of my Provari. Not sure if this is an issue with extra strain on the Davide's threads or not. My friends Protank 2 sat nice and flush with the top of my APV. All in all it is working great and a nice glassomizer.

EDIT Note--- I fixed the "flush fit" issue. I simply had not tightened it down enough and a little more torque was all that was needed. I guess I'm still nervous whenever I get new gear and always end up babying it a bit. That and having a significant other who rides me for putting on the ketchup cap too tight perhaps.

I feel like an idiot now.
