here, there or where ?

Browsing the forums i do not see a vape group for my area of NY and i am willing to start one. This would be for areas south of buffalo or south western NY or anyone close by. Yes i know there is a Rochester group but Rochester is a bit over 4 hours from me so not really convenient.

I am wondering how to go about this and more importantly where to post any threads related to this. I am asking here so perhaps a mod will answer without deleting a misplaced thread.

yep i looked through the forum. the closest thing i could find was the Rochester group, which is around 4 hours from me. There is a group in PA however that's PA, i hear they have cooties. LOL
