Catgut is a type of cord usually prepared from the sheep, goat, hog, horse,mule, pig or donkey.

However the name is a misnomer as it is never prepared from cat.

I never called myself gay, because I'm not. Are you even reading my posts are just picking random lines out and replying to them?

I'm very happy with my life as a matter of fact, and I never said anything to the contrary, lol, put down the crack pipe man. I have a beautiful girlfriend, people around me who have been very supportive and helpful since my spinal injury, friends who would do anything for me, and a dog that would protect me with his life. The only thing else a man could ask for is a cold beer

The problem with consciousness raising type threads like this one is that they can preach to the converted or seem like psychological .........ion.

If the whole point of the thread is to highlight discrimination then it's bound to highlight social and personal differences too. It's a conflict waiting to happen.

If people judge me badly because of my lifestyle and stick their opinions in my face then I'm likely to challenge them but evangelism (in whatever form, for whatever cause) gets up the noses of many people.

It's like dealing with Jehovah's Witnesses at the door ...

I never said I was straight either, I just said I wasn't gay and I never called myself gay despite what you said. Having a girlfriend though, I generally pas for straight so I don't really have to deal with the stuff that gay people or bisexuals with same sex partners have to deal with.

I told you to put down the crack pipe because you kept imagining that I said things that I never did. Like I never said I was gay, and I never complained about my life.

I'm still want to read your explanation of why homosexuality doesn't exist.

i've only been semi-browsing this thread since it turned argumentative.. but from what i've read.. (and i may be HUGELY wrong here) it seems we may be in the midst of a misunderstanding of the original statement..

what I gathered of K's original post was that he refused to differentiate homosexuality as something different... he'd prefer everyone get over it all and just accept and be done with the whole issue..

again... i could be wrong and mayhaps i read into it differently.. hell.. i may just have read that one on drunken karaoke night and now i'm too tired (and lazy) to care enough to reread it. if i'm incorrect in my assesment... please K.. feel free to correct me..
