no..... you do plan to put juice in them too, so a bit of water wont make a bit of difference

Ofcourse haha! I meant a few droplets in the threading of the CE4!

Hi :)

They should be OK... just wipe the tanks with a kitchen towel before attaching them to your battery.

Where did you get them? They usually come sealed in plastic with shrink seals.

I hope they were cheap. CE4s are 80p-£1.20 these days. Asda and Morrisons like to charge £4.99

Yes I got them olnine, pretty damn cheap, after seeing them for like £6 in Esso I thought stuff that!

Good for you! I saw some at the market this morning, I think they were £3.99. He was saying "cheaper than Morrisons".. they looked a bit wet as well. :)

He should probably change it to "cheaper than anywhere that isn't online" haha!

So just to be sure, there' abit of vapour in the threading where the ce4 connects to the battery, this won't fry my battery or anything no??

If you mean a bit of liquid (water or e-liquid) then wipe it just in case. Also, wrap up a bit of loo roll now and again and dab the battery connection (with the battery turned off). A little moisture is unlikely to cause problems. A well of liquid in your battery 'top' is less good.

A good thing to do is blow through them, excess moister is usually left over priming fluid from the factory. Safe, but may taste nasty if ya get a mouthful.

That's good to know! Thought I'd ask here before trying and frying xD

I thought it could be a bit of fluid from the factory, thanks a bunch guys I'll give it a wipe first!!

Welcome to ECF and to vaping!!!

As thrasher said, likely primer. I wash everything I buy with hot soapy water before I use it. A few things get a soak in distilled vinegar, usually rebuildables that might have machine oil on them. When I used ce4's the coils got burned and rinsed off to, just cuz that's usually where they put the primer. Probably won't hurt ya, but does taste bad, and I don't trust China!

some would say that's too much, but if I buy new dishes they get washed before using too so kinda the same thing.

First off, I'd like to say hi ! haha

Now that's over with I bought some CE4's recently and I noticed a few of them have a bit of water vapour in the packaging, and a few tiny droplets inside the bottom of the clearomiser itself; will this be a problem with the battery when I screw it in?

Regards,

Gipsy

sounds like primer fluid. or leftover lube/machine oil from the factory does it have a smell to it?
everytime i get a new tank, i give it a good hot water rinse and a vodka soak. that machine oil taste is horrible.
