Hey guys - is there a 510 to 510 adapter that has a hole in it and can allow for any rba on reo grande

Hey all,

So many choices to make, do i buy the new sub ohm kit, a low profile reo etc. i absolutely love the rm2. Ceramic base for us new newbies super easy to rebuild IMO but was just wondering is do they make a 510 to 510 adapter that has a hole in bottom to allow for juice to flow and if that connector gives enough room for a rebuildable dripping atomizer to fit on it. Instead of dripping i/we can squonk .... Concerned about increased voltage drop too so has anyone done this and how were the results and if you remember the vendor.

510 to 510 adapter


I've never tried it. I would imagine it would be maybe a bit leaky/messy if you tried to squonk through it. No o-ring seal and all... no clear path for the juice that might accumulate in the catch cup as a result to suck back down... I dunno.

I'm not sure what you are asking. If the RBA itself doesn't have a 510 center post that allows for bottom feeding a 510/510 adapter won't make any difference. The atty itself would need to be modified for bottom feeding - if it can be done. Robert sells some 510/510 adapters on site.

I have a few, use to use them with the A7.

Some adapters that are sold are not very good. Many have caused shorts.

Using an adapter is not the best thing to do, but will work to raise a large RBA up enough to fit above the drip well.

Using adapters should be avoided especially with rbas . You can have your mods drip well milled down if you want to use bigger atomizers

I'd say go with the LP Grand. A 510 to 510 will do nothing for you, unless you're just wanting to make a mess. A LP will allow use of nearly any BF RBA. I only say nearly because there may be one out there but I haven't seen it. Also all new mods come with the SO kit already in it. If you go with the LP and want a RM2 don't forget to order a LP RM2 the milled one will work but it will look funky.
