So as my first post im going to be asking questions already :). i got a box mod Vt40 With a rda Production. The guy at the shop build me a build. 22 gauge 7 wraps at .22 ohms. The problem I am having is with Vape production it takes about a good 2 seconds for the coils to heat up and when it does its a really small hit. was just wondering as to where i should start tweaking my setup should i go with less wraps or higher gauge maybe a 24. Thank you for your time.

Most likely its the height of the coil and alignment to the vent holes. For more vapor you should have the coil in front of vent hole. You may have to raise of lower the coil you will just have to play to you get it to your liking. Could be several other things, its tough starting out trying to do a pro build. I think the vape shop should have started you out with something a little simpler.

I know how to build coils just dnt understand ohm law to be honest
@Baditude put together these 2 blogs.

Ohm's Law Explained for Vapers
* My attempt at explaining Ohm's Law in layman terms and how it relates to vaping.

Explain it to the Dumb Noob: Ohm's Law Calculations
* As simple as it is to use, some people have a tough time grasping the concept. Warning: Includes graphic photos of mod explosions.
i dont see on the instructions how to take the temp control off
Go watch some Youtube reviews to find out how to cycle through your menu.

I know how to build coils just dnt understand ohm law to be honest. don't want to over do something and something bad happensto this box mod or me. But the air holes are right on the coils. These air holes are really small on this rda though

Well you can drill them out; just keep in mind once you drill them out you can't undrill them!

I drilled out my 3d rda to 2mm; would have made it bigger if I could but the orings are in the way.
My old 22mm magma, I drilled that too; fortunate side effect was it fixed the airflow ring in place.
