I just recently picked up vaping in order to (like most of you) quit smoking. I have had some vaping experiences before due to the mass amount of marketing in the malls and swap meets. Never really looked into only until recently. The only equipment I have acquired at the moment is the "mistic" and I just recently learned how to fill my carto's back up! Also just recently purchased some "cool blast" from goodeliquids, which in my experience almost taste the same as the stock menthol taste that comes with mistics, with a hint of what almost seems like chocolate. is that the tobacco flavor? did Is there anything I can do to possibly make this flavor and vapor a little bit more "stronger"? I also have seemed to have injured myself in the process of removing the damn cap off the cartos with a thumb tack. lol thanks!

Not much you can do about the liquid's flavor and vapor except to get a hold of a decent e-cig with better cartomizers. MOst mini-ecigs keep you vaping at a pretty low wattage. The way to fix that is to increase the voltage, decrease the resistance of your cartomizers, or both. The easiest way to do that is with a larger 3.7V battery and low resistance, 1.5-2ohm cartomizers. Or, you can get a definite improvement with a good quality smaller e-cig, such as the Volt by Smokelessimage.com

As a rule, the more an e-cig looks like a cigarette, the worse it performs. There are only a few exceptions and, IMO, the best one is the Volt. The Volt is about as close as you're going to get to the performance of a mid-sized battery in a small, cigarette sized e-cig.

Thanks a lot you guys for the input! :) did the little rubber boot method for the fill! sure did the trick! as for the taste, not what I really expected, still kind of weak in my opinion. I'll look into it more though, smokeless image seems more promising than the mistic. Then again, I have also been looking at an eGO-T any suggestions for a certain brand? model? e-liquid place? I kind of do miss the taste of my Marb smooths, any suggestion on a similar flavor?

I'm sure there will be people along to recommend better tobacco flavors; when I started vaping, I really just wanted something that tasted like smoking a Marlboro Light- and that doesn't exist. There are, however, lots of interesting tobacco flavors out there to try if you like them (I don't so far).

Once you wrap your head around the idea that vaping is not going to be like smoking was in many ways, you'll find it much more rewarding in its own right. Don't limit yourself to one or two juices, try lots of different flavor profiles, keep your tastebuds guessing and they won't get bored and go dead on you. If everything you vape has strong vanilla notes, eventually you won't be able to taste vanilla, so make sure you vary your choices.

A few fun juice vendors with fairly strong flavors to try out are ECBlends and Ms T's Bakery. While I really love Ms T, she may not be the best choice for you right this minute because her waiting list tends to delay orders for 4 to 10 days before they are shipped. ECBlends has great prices, strong flavors (you can add extra flavor, even create your own blends), and lots to choose from, and they ship really quickly, too.

For a simple, trouble free PV with lots of flexibility that I found to be a godsend when my first cheapo kit batteries started to die, I suggest a Lea Kross, with Lea atties to go with it. The vendor I buy from, Whitestagvapor.com is terrific, has great customer service, answers all your questions thoroughly and promptly, and delivers top quality products. Shipping is cheap and fast, too.

Everyone else will be suggesting an eGo or a kGo (the kGo sounds better to me, I hear all kinds of irritating problems related to eGos, except the twist, which so far, everybody loves), and then someone will come in and tell you that you must have a Provari and ten other people will nod sagely and convince you that you need one and then you'll cry when you see how much it's going to cost. Don't worry- you really can be happy without a Provari... for now. ;)

I agree that the eGo-C is a great battery. Not just because it's a true eGo but because they are so versatile. You can throw just about anything on them and they will perform. Add onto that it's a variable voltage and a cheap one at that and it performs well. Generally I use Resurrector 1.7 ohm single coils and Kick Bass Vapor e liquid. I also like High Calibur and Sweet Vapes but not as much as KBV.
