Thanks for all info ! Now i start charging battery my phone charger.

Be sure to use authentic name brand matched & married cells bought from a known reputable dealer, also be sure they have a sufficient CDR to support the power ranges you intend to use.

Ye i know, i trying in week go to vape shop n buy external charger.

I'm not talking about the charger, my statement is about the batteries (aka cells) you're using.

You can't use just any 18650 size cell/batteries, they need to be the proper chemistry & with a sufficient CDR (Continuous Discharge Rate expressed in amps) to support the power ranges you intend to use.
They need to be a matched pair, same exact model, same charge cycles or new purchased together & authentic name brand.
The only way to ensure you receive 'authentic' name brand is to buy from a known reputable vendor/dealer.
This is important for safety.

There are many counterfeit low quality batteries, what exact cells are you using?
Name brand, color of wrap any letters & numbers on wrap to help identify?

The batteries you have might be fine or they might be dangerous to use.
Battery.

There is no way for anyone to tell if they're authentic from pictures, this is one reason to buy only from known reputable vendors.

They appear to be Sony VTC6 which are 15a CDR cells that can be pushed to 20a CDR if cell temperature is monitored and kept below 80c.
Those are good to use up to 45w per cell, your power device uses 2, so 90w.
If you have a way to monitor cell temp and can ensure they do not reach 80c they can be used up to 120w, but cell life will suffer.
