I am a bit of an odd duck when It comes to smoking.

Before I get to my point, let me explain myself.

I am an OCCASIONAL smoker. I typically smoked when I had a drink in my hand. This is not often. Maybe once every 2 weeks on average. One of my favorites is smoking shisha from my Hookah.

I am an active person. I play on a Semi pro football team and for the last 3 weeks on top of a practice and a game each week I have been doing the P90x Fitness program DAILY and a hardcore atkins Diet (no carbs)

I was interested in E cigs because I like to smoke but I just simply cannot handle smoking even a few analogs at all or the next time I exercise I am in real pain. I bought some el cheapo Health E cigs months ago and they were fun but failed rather quickly. Well about 2 weeks ago I finally got My black EVO and have been vaping it daily.

That brings me to my point.

Daily vaping to a large degree has not effected my workouts in any percievable fashion. IF it is slowing me down it is not noticeable.

I though some here might find that interesting considering that MOST everyone here is useing E cigs to stop smoking while I used them to START vaping.

They are allowing me to do something I enjoy without wheezing and dieing during excercise.

I would be careful that you don't unknowingly increase your nicotine tolerance/addiction. If you only smoke cigarettes once every 2 weeks or so, daily vaping with anything besides 0 nicotine juice might be asking for trouble.

Good point. I plan to start vaping 0mg juice at work. I used to only smoke at break times (analogs), but now I work and vape steadily....still under 3 ml of juice per day...
