My ticket # is #335762. I got a wrong order. I got sent 510 batt to 808d/901 adapters instead of 901 battery conectors.

I've had a support ticket since 07/06/2010 and have only had an automated reply. This is upsetting because up until this point I have been extremely satisfied with MadVapes products and service. (Support ticket #283998)

Seems I had to reply to my own ticket thread before they picked it up-- but it was resolved quickly... MV still gots my vote-- if its a warranty issue they'll cover it, don't sweat it.

I replied to my ticket earlier this week, but have received no response. I will give it some more time, but I just wish they would respond.

Sorry guys about the ticket delays.. I've got a ton of excuses if you want to hear them but the simple truth is that our ticket process 'is in need of tuning' and we're busy as all hell..

But we're processing as quickly as possible and will get them resolved asap..
