im saj and im a newbie! :)
ok here we go lol...
i've stopped smoking for over 2 and a half years,
but i'm still getting mad cravings for a ciggy! :-x
i've heard about this electronic ciggy,
and heard that you can get some with zero nicotine content.
so im hoping this can possibly help me!
i would like to know if you think it could help me?

also just want a bit more information about them,
like which ones the best one to get and so on?
i feel a little confused because everytime i look at some theres so many different types! 8-o

how expensive is it to smoke electronically?
is it easier to change the liquid or better to buy new cartridges?
which one is more cheaper?

p.s sorry if i sound stupid like lol,
just remember im a newbie! :)

It's cheaper to make your own liquid using flavorings than buying carts or 0 nic liquid, but when you mix your own, you aren't using factory flavored juices. Personally, the few companies that DO carry factory flavored juices, charge a ridiculous price for watered down flavoring that you have to use a ton of, so I think it's a total waste of money. As for the device, if you are going to vape zero, you are going to pretty much get 0 throat hit on most of the devices out there unless you go for a Screw Driver, a Prodigy or one of the mod type devices that give you 6 volts, then maybe you can get a small throat hit on zero nic. Otherwise, not sure if you are going to be satisfied on most of the basic e ciggys.

Yup. What Lucky said.

And even with my Screwdriver (or with my Dura-C), the only zero nic where I fairly consistently get the feeling of a hit is when I mix menthol crystals with a zero nic tobacco liquid. I suspect, though, that something with cinnamon might provide some hit.

Frankly, if I had been off cigarettes for as long as you've been, I'd just stay away from it all. I think for me, it would be a slippery slope . . . I'd probably wind up trying a nic solution just to see if I could get the hit, and then it'd all be downhill from there.

But that's just me. Reasonable minds can differ. :)

Julie, you just gave me a good idea. If they ban liquids, it's going to be the NIC liquids. They can't possibly ban zero nic liquids so if we want to get off the nic and still vape, we could buy 0 nic liquids and buy some of the menthol drops, use a 6 v and still get a throat hit, small, but still get one.

Oh, yes! When I first started vaping, my goal was to get to zero nic. I wasn't in a big hurry . . . just figured I'd eventually get there. Then I got nervous about a ban, so I decided to really make an effort.

I played around a bit, but menthol crystals is the only zero nic that I can reliably get anything close to approaching a hit.

I've since become less concerned about getting to zero nic, primarily because I have more than a year's supply of liquid with nicotine of varying concentrations. :D Plus, I've decided that, at least at this point, nicotine isn't really affecting my health. My blood pressure is good, and the doctor says my heart is fine, so I've not really worried about my nicotine as much.

Still, it's nice to know there's a potential fallback if need be.
