Thanks, guys; so much great information here. I learned a lot from this topic.
Meanwhile, my Myle died.

First, the automatic switch started not working randomly and at the end, it died completely. So that was that.
I figured it might be easy to open and repair it since it seems to use a microphone to detect if you are taking a puff but it wasn't so easy to open and by the time I opened it I destroyed enough of the case to not be able to put it back together again. At least it now works (by putting a simple key instead of the microphone; essentially disabling the auto feature) but since I can't put it into the case again, it's kinda useless.
From what I read here I figured the best thing for me is to buy two devices. One customizable and rebuildable for in-home usage since I am in my home for a big part of the day and one discreet pod for outside.
I also managed to find a new supplier which has a very low premium and also can provide me with replacement coil wire and such.
For the discreet model (till I can find and buy a good customizable device and import it since these are hard to find locally here) by my supplier recommendation, I ended up buying a Smok Nord 2ml version today. He said its a good vape as it has charge pass-through (a big thing lacking with Myle for me) and also supports sub-ohm coils (which means I might be able to make e-juices if I failed to find salt nic; not really a cloud fan otherwise). He also ensured me that replacement coils and pods are available at a very good price. Unfortunately, these are mash coils and probably not as easy as wire coils to rebuild if even possible at all. But the prices are good. So if I buy a bulky but customizable vape for my home I might be able to use the coil up to 1 month if used only for out of home usage.
I also read somewhere that Ceramic Coils are by far the most durable and might be able to work up to months. Is that true? Is there a catch? Because Smok Nord supposedly has a Ceramic Coil that can be bought separately.
Welcome and glad you joined.
Suggest the tank mentioned before with:
$25.05 Authentic Eleaf iStick 30W 2200mAh Variable Voltage / Wattage APV Box Mod - 2-8V / 5-30W / silver at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
The above mod will work well with non sub ohm tank builds 1.8 -2.Plus ohms (the higher the ohms generally less vapor). If you can bend paper clips and thread a needle, you can build your own coils and wick them. It's that simple. All you need is wire and a round rod (small screw drivers work) with approximately 1/8 inch od plus a wire cutter.

"Eleaf iStick 30W 2200mAh" seems quite promising. It also has a very good battery capacity as I can see. Is there a standard for the atomizers that can be used with this device or they are all compatible? Specifically, is the following list of items are compatible:
"
Authentic Eleaf iStick 30W 2200mAh Variable Voltage / Wattage APV Box Mod" suggested by 'BrotherBob'
"
Authentic GeekVape Ammit MTL RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer" suggested by 'GOMuniEsq'
"
Authentic Demon Killer Slacker Cotton Organic Cotton Wick"
"
Pre-Coiled Wires for RBA RDA RTA Rebuildable Atomizers"
Am I missing something? I probably don't need any tool tho as I am kinda an electrician and therefore have a lot of tools similar to the ones packaged with DIY tools I have seen. The only thing is to maybe find coil wire and then make the coil myself and buy cheaper cotton and again form them myself. But the price difference doesn't seem to be much at least not yet for me; especially since I am going to import these.
BTW, fasttech.com is a treasure. Thanks again for suggesting it. I don't think I can buy anything from the US and even from Europe it's going to be hard. But if they send the packages from East Asia as they claimed, it will be perfect. Don't think I get into any trouble receiving those.
Sorry that this post got this long and thanks again.
