Yea, that seems like it's a fake.
Unwrap it and see if the white top insulating ring is self-adhesive. If it sticks to the battery then it's definitely a fake.

Is the text on the wrap done with a laser or printed on? If done with a laser (lile genuine HG2's) it should be on the metal can too, burning through the wrap.
