Hi All,

I have started vaping in March this year, they say that it suppose to be cheaper than smoking, I have found that is not the case,
I have stared on Ego-C and I'm still using it when I'm out and about.

I have fallen of the wagon a couple of time due to stress at work.. All that said, from March till now I have only had, 10 cigarettes,

I have lived in London for 20 years, before that Scotland, Inverness.

Welcome any pointers, and I'm glad to be part of a Large community.

I have only started posting as I'm really a stealth reader. And thank to the Admin for pointing me to the New Members forum to get me going.

We are glad you found us. Sounds to me like you are doing fantastic. Its not easy to give up the stinkies, so whatever ones you don't smoke is a big victory. Don't be a stranger, post your questions, if you have any.

I'm always a smoker, it's always on my mind. I cannot stop thinking about it it's getting better, I vape every chance I get, I have a addictive personalty.. But I'm not a gambler, I have already too many Vices, I have cut down on alcohol too, only one on a Friday night after work..

Getting old need to look after myself for family sake.

Yeah, I am sure the family would want you around as long as possible. I giggled at your addictive personalty.....most of us here are in the same boat. I know, I am. But ecigs is my only vice currently. Already tried all the others, (gambling, nah, got tired of making deposits with no return, and alcohol just upsets my stomach). And health wise has improved 100 fold. Can't put a price on that.

Welcome my friend. Only think the ones you did not smoke during the time. If you had 10 cigarettes since, it would be ok for your health. look how many you avoided. I can not understand why one can still smoke when there is e-cigarettes but mostly it is because they keep nic level low. Increase nic level and with a lovely liquid you would not want to smoke. Only instance I smoked after I began vaping is someone had sold me a liquid which had no nic at all. I am sure I cant go back smoking even if the products banned totally. (besides I can build everything needed from nothing. They have to ban syringes, VG and PG, Nic to avoid me from building an e-cig)

alcohol lowers your will power, keep working on that it gets easier. I have seen that nicotine liquid is limited to 75 mg per litre which would increase vaping costs, not to mention the EU's attempt to restrict or ban vaping.

Health wise, you can say that again.. the misses is not complaining, Nudge Nudge Wink Wink.. .

But I thought that Nic hardens the arteries still, But at least she doesn't sniff me like a bloodhound no more.. Her sense of smell is so acute.. I had to chew gum & wash my hands every time I smoked as it upset her. Since Vaping she more happy now, me too because she's happy

Eteach, I know alcohol lowers your inhibition, Drinking always want me to start lighting up.. That is why I don't go to the Pub that often. now.. Save a buck loads.

Im vaping at 18mg.. have tried 30mg. thought that I might OD so sticking to 18 at the mo.. then try to lower.
Was think about it, I haven't been on holiday since I started smoking and the other 1/2 want to go to South Africa in April.. Not looking forward to it.. might have to start smoking again.. can you hand carry ecig bits and bobs on a plane?

What's the strength of you e-juice your using ? This may be why your having a hard time?
I started with 24 mg/ml and I was stressing then I got some 36 mg/ml and it stopped the stressing
Haven't had a cig in over 5 months

I thought it is the tar from cigarettes that hardens the arteries. Well, maybe the nic too. Have to check that out.

Check with your airlines. I know here in the States we can carry ecigs, but with some restrictions.

Hello and welcome! I have carried ecigs in my purse onto a plane 3 times now with no problems. I just fill up my tank before boarding and keep the spare juice in my checked in bags. Although, I am in the US. Good luck getting off the stinkies, I started off with highest level nic they offered, 24mg. That kept me off analogs for good.
