bought a dead rabbit rta says it ships 48 hours been about a week have not heard word about how or whats going on about my order ive tried to call them wont go thru ive e-mailed them only one reply with no info i just dont want to get ripped off from what ive read on some of posted they do that but idk

with black friday and cyber monday sales, I'm sure things are going to be a bit backed up....also tracking usually is crap with anything coming from overseas....you'll get notified that a shipping label was created and then that it's at export....maybe notification when in import and then maybe when it's on it's way....
usually the only notifications I get is when the label is created and then when it's been delivered...everything else in between is just a mystery lmfao and that's with any site I order from overseas
hopefully though they can clear things up and let you know what's going on
but from experience with other companies, wait a month and if it hasn't arrived then start asking where it's at or for a possible refund.

i bought another one from another place its coming sooner and cheaper idk why it takes so long to hear back said to see if its updated its not and was told it was shiped out the juice i ordered was late but its telling me everything about the package but this dead rabbit i ordered its been three days with no update
