Hi all, wanna start off with a thanks to you guys here on the boards and other veteran vapours, you guys really do help out newbies like myself in getting to know about the ecig scene.
I started vaping a little over a month ago, used some tiny little device (smaller then a super mini even) from a company called triple halo. The halo + ecig was amazing (at first) but a heavy 20+ a day analogue smoker like me was never gonna make do with this thing. Battery life was less then an hour and the starter kit didn't come with a pcc or spare ecig... The carts for it were tiny and had no throat hit at all even at 18mg.
I looked elsewhere and discovered SKYcig the uk branded version of the BLU. Actually this one I owe a lot too. It really cemented my belief in ecigs as a true alternative to smoking. The malboro flavoured carts taste really good IMO, charge case and spare ecig as standard seemed really well thought out. But then I got issues. batteries would die, carts wouldn't last long and on one occasion the manual battery heated up (inside the pcc designed to carry them no less) and melted a cart all over my pcc... Not great. SKYcig were good though, replaced the batteries and I still use it now when I want a more 'discrete ecig'.
Had a terrible experience with 2 intelicigs which both went wrong: battery dead on arrival and an atomiser die in less then a week in a second one. (plus that Eco pure stuff is foul IMO)
Move on to right now: a mega Titan 510 from totally wicked. I love this thing. Came with 3x mega batteries and atomisers and fill your own carts. Battery life's awesome, vapour production is much bigger then my super minis and I really like TW's default tabacoo.
Currently trying loads of new flavours to find my 'all day vape' I'll report how I get on as I vape them. Moral of this story? Skip the cig looking ecigs if your a heavy smoker, go with something a little more mighty. The 510 Titan is still a pen type, but a far better vape then any super mini I've tried.
