Hi, welcome to ECF. You will probably get lots of different answers but as far as chargers I think I'd choose the XTAR VC4 if I were going to buy one right now. Nitecore is also good, I think that Efest chargers are fine, but their batteries aren't what they claim to be.

For batteries I'd probably be inclined to go with LG HG2, but Samsung 25r and Sony VTC4 or VTC5 are also well liked.

As an added note, XTAR does have a 6 bay charger if you really think you will need to charge 6 batteries at once. I wouldn't think it would be likely to drain the batteries in both mods at the same time, but just in case it's called the WP6II. Also, I just realized you said you needed 6 batteries, but I would advise at least one extra full set. I'd be inclined to buy 12 batteries myself if I bought2 RX200's, but 9 at the very least.

Thanks for the info m8, i have looked at the vc4 but was totally put off because of the usb charger and i have read too many bad reports about nitecore d4 chargers failing, but i totally agree with you about efest batterys.

Its just because ive been told to marry the batterys so was going to charge them in a 6 bay charger.

Yes, you will use 3 that are married. As Kad said, if you can, better to buy 9 batteries - one set for vaping, one for charging, and one ready to go. I'm of the group that doesn't like to put batteries in a mod fresh off a charger. I like to let them rest a bit. As to batteries, HG2's or Samsung 25Rs are what I'd go with. Actually, they're what I just went with! :)

    Welcome to ecf!

Ahh right so even though i will have 6 batts being charged in the same charger i still need to use the same 3 in the same mod?
Sorry I ran off without waiting to see if you had more questions. Looks like you understand now, but yes. A married set of batteries is a set that is always used together.

Hi and welcome. I am running a pair if RXs myself. Mine are loaded with the LG HG2s, but the Samsung 30Qs are also a sound choice. With 3000mAh each, mine will usually run a couple-three days on a set. For chargers, I'd recommend the Nitecore D4 or the I4. The difference is the D model has an LCD screen and you can get some good info on your batteries. The I model uses LEDs as indicators. You can buy 2 I4s cheaper than a BLU6 if you think you're going to want to charge two sets at the same time. This does happen to me from time to time. A D4 and an I4 is what I use. I run the D all the time, and only plug in the I if both sets are discharged simultaneously. That may be the best of both worlds. And consider 12 batteries if you're going to run both mods at the same time and switch flavors as I do.

Thanks for all the info guys :) i think i may go with the LG HG2 batts but still not sure about the mah charge rates of the chargers im looking at, a lot of people on the net say nitecore chargers fail because they get too hot due to the internal charger so i was looking at the xtar vp4 or vc4 but....im uncertain of the usb charge plug having enough power to charge them sufficiently, the other chargers where the efest luc v4 and the efest blu6, have you any thoughts on these other chargers as i need to purchase batts and charger tomorrow , thanks ;)

I think you'll be fine with either the XTAR or Nitecore, En0ch. My XTAR gets a lot of use -- batteries are on all the time -- and it works brilliantly. The batteries come off when the light turns green, which is when they register 4.20. That's a full charge.

Thanks guys ;) one more question about the xtar, should i get the vp4 or vc4? one has a usb charger and the other has a standard wall adaptor rated at 1amp, is that really enough to charge 3 or 4 batts at a time because as i understand it splits the amperage across the 4 bays also how long does it take to fully charge 3 or 4 3000mah batts, thanks again for all your input ;)
