Help buying VAMO V3

I'm not trying to argue with any of you. I'm kinda new to e-cig's. I used to own several websites selling counterfeit products (people that bought them knew they were knock-offs). I thought the VAMO was an official product. Now I see it is not. I appreciate you all for enlightening me on that. I was highly skeptical as they are selling counterfeit products on their website so I figured the VAMO was the same. Since there is no official VAMO I will be ordering mine from fasttech. I appreciate everyone chiming in and letting me know whats up. And I apologize if I sounded like a .........

You made a good move by going with FT. You saved yourself some money. I wish I knew about them when I got My Vamo V2. I would have saved about $20 if I got the kit like you are.

Good deal, I think you won't be disappointed. I love my Vamo V2.
Just to give you a heads up. It took 3 days for my order to go from ordered to shipping out of Hong Kong to San Fransico. It then took 5 days to get from San Fran to Arkansas. The tracking was great until it hit the states after San Fran they only tracked it once it was delivered. Go figure.

No need to apologize about being and an a****, ask my wife, I am an a*** most of the time and havn't apologized yet. Just part of my charm.

I haven't tried their Liqua e-liquid yet but I have read good things about it. Most people say if the brand name is listed then it is that brand. I have noticed FT will tell you what is real and what is a clone if you ask.

Everything ive read and the packaging indicates that they are in fact legit Liquas. (i.e. proper branding/labels, the goritchey website noted on label etc).

The flavors are semi hit and miss and they definitely have some really weird flavor options, but ive found a few i enjoy.

Also sorry to seem semi confrontational in my responses, just trying to help, got a little worked up. I know you'll really enjoy your Vamo when it arrives! Good choice on the SS one too, way less cleaning/polishing compared to the gunmetal one.

8 days order to door on my last FT order, others have been a few days longer, but never more than 14.

I just received mine from fasttech last Monday, the ss Vamo V3 with the panasonic batteries and charger. This was my first order from them and I am very impressed, everything works very well, I'm sure you will be pleased

I placed an order for 10 CE4's and 10 EVODS before anyone responded to my thread. I contacted them and asked them to combine the shipment. Hopefully they do.

What does EVOD stand for? Is it a brand?
What about Kanger?

Kanger is the company that created the EVOD's, Protank, PT2, MT's etc bottom coil clearomizers. Not sure exactly what it stands for but it is a specific design of kanger (or generic) bottom coil clearomizer.

They should combine the orders for you.

Honestly if i were you (assuming your clearos are for the vamo) i would cancel the 10 pack of CE's and 10 pack of EVODs (FT EVODS can be hit or miss) and grab a Protank (pyrex tank) or two (the $12 one is a legit Kanger, though it doesnt say it) then grab a few individual CE's and EVODs to try out. They also now stock legit Kanger mini protanks, which should work well also.

A vamo with a Protank or Dbox Puritank is a quite nice looking unit!

You'll be pleased - LOTS of people have ordered that kit and report great results.
A couple points:

1) There's no official "brand" for a VAMO. Odd, but there really isn't.
2) Don't lump FastTech in with the other sites you initially mentioned. They're more reputable than the others for a couple reasons that you'll find documented here on ECF:
a) They're honest, basically, about knockoffs. If something they show does NOT have a brand name, then it very well may be a copy. Example - the popular EVOD clearomizer. The EVOD is from Kanger, and FastTech sells a copy. A lot of people like it fine - I personally found it inferior, and will only buy my EVOD's from places that sell branded Kanger product. But the FastTech page DOES NOT SAY KANGER.
b) If they DO name the brand - if it SAYS Kanger, or it SAYS Innokin, then I have yet to find someone specifically accusing them of misrepresenting that. You just have to know that "EGO" is not a brand. And "ViviNova" is not a brand - those are types of products that are made by a lot of vendors. If you want a Joyetech EGO, or you want a VISION ViviNova - you have to find that specifically stated on a FastTech listing...
c) Most reports here indicate that FT is good about customer service - if something is wrong with the product, they work with you to replace it...

Finally - I got my Innokin SVD from them (ALMOST got a Vamo - that'll probably be next) - and it is a "real" Innokin SVD, and working perfectly. And that's even though Innokin claimed that FT did NOT have real ones (because Innokin has a price-fixing policy, and FT was selling them cheaper than they're supposed to).

Someone can correct me if I am wrong but Kanger is a brand name and Evod is a model of their products. So like VAMO other companies may use the EVOD name to describe their product just like they do with Vivi Nova.

And also - -DANG - I was LOOKING for a Mini, didn't know they had them (it says specically "authentic Kanger") and I just ordered one for like 40% more money here in the US.

You may not like those. I'm not sure because I'm only interested in saving bigger money either by buying mods or clones of RDAs from FT but a lot of people have had issues with some clearos from FT. I haven't paid enough attention to know which ones people like and which ones they don't. In any event clean them well before using them and that will help.

I liked it when Kamry issued a similar statement. So the fake Kanger and Empire stuff from Kamry sold by FT are fakes????
Sure wouldn't want to buy a fake counterfeit Gucci from the factory across the street making the real fake Guccis.

Where is a good place to buy batteries for the VAMO V3? I would want to get some extra sets of batteries. 18650's and 18350's

Also the charger that comes with it, is it nice? Do I need to buy a better charger?

Here is what I use in my Vamo V2 and they work great for me. About a day and a half on the NCR18650B's and Half a day on the ICR18350's.
