I'm so glad I started vaping. Stopped smoking yesterday had a got my new aspire today love it so much better then the njoy I started on a week ago.i smoked methol cis rolled them for about a yr but I have smoked for 35 yrs only quit while I was pregnant. Then started bk up but didn't smoke in house.i hate the smell and my granddaughter wanted me to quit so here I go. Wish everyone luck!

Welcome I'm pretty new myself. I agree with everyone especially eastcoast try a cig in like a month or so and they will taste so horrible! When I first quit I still had a pack that I was holding on to as a safety blanket I guess..lol. I went from a pack a day to 3 the first day I started vaping. I surprised myself. I didn't think I'd drop that much my first day. I still smoked some here and there but after one day I tried one and didn't even want it after the first puff. I wish you luck and if you ever need anything the good people at ECF will be right here for you!

Welcome aboard! Congratulations on your new beginning. :toast:

30+ years here too, this is my second go round with vaping and I am feeling good about it. Don't be surprised if a while in a craving sneaks up on you out of nowhere, it may not, but it might. ;)

Just tell yourself it will pass, vape as much as you need to and you will get through it. Also come here and read, post and hang out. People here are great at encouragement.

Welcome and congrats. You are going to feel so much better. I'm a little over a month now of no smoking and can now smell a smoker and think wow I smelled like that. . Its really not a pleasant smell. Nothing against ppl who smoke bc a lot of us been there and yes it was very hard to fight the cravings. Vaping is absolutely the only way that has worked for me and I haven't looked back. Good luck to you and I wish you the best.

Congrats and welcome ! I'm new to the forum also. Quit once before for 4 months and went back on a poor excuse. Been smoke free again for like 45 days. I got some good vape equipment and hang out at the local vape shop and here. I can tell you this: I wake up not coughing and having my chest feel like it's on fire ! I see a night and day difference. Happy Vaping !
