hi everyone! I am fairly new to vaping and I have a few things that I am worried about. One of the things that I am worried about the nicotine in e juice. I am an ex smoker but I quit smoking because of the risks from it like cancer and heart attack or stroke. People compare nicotine to caffeine and coffee but that isn't even it. I'm still very worried about it and just want to feel better. Just Want to know if I will be okay. I know there are risks associated with everything but heart attack and stroke run in my family. Also, what are some good e juices?

Nicotine gum and patches are available over the counter without a perscription. What does that tell you?

The best e liquid is what you make at home. It is also VERY inexpensive. Cost of ingredients for mine is 1.2 cents per ml. So my daily cost is 8 cents.

I could tell you all day long that I have researched this myself (I have) and have come to the same conclusion you mentioned and don't worry about it myself anymore but you probably want to do that yourself for peace of mind. Here's a great place to start

Research

I DIY my own juice but when I buy, I buy from Nicoticket | eJuice Eliquid Wholesale | Made in the USA Everyone's idea of a good juice is different, I like creamy butterscotch/maple/bakery type flavors myself. Absolute Cream Brûlée, Peanut Butter Cookie and Wakonda are some of my favorites. Use coupon code BOGO (one time only) for a 50% discount. It's great juice.

Welcome to the forum!

Hey Ryan, sup? I've new to vaping myself and I also have similar concerns.
Initially I wanted to quit smoking altogether, but that was hard. So I figured I don't want some of the stuff that comes with smoking tobacco. Like formaldehyde and carbon and such, you get the gist. I just didn't want the tar anymore! My daily nicotine uptake was up to 30mils! Within 1 week I've reduced it to 3mils. Right now I'm vaping blueberry and it's really smooth... It definitely doesn't have the kick it did with the previous nic levels, which gave me burnt sick after taste!
Honestly I wanted to give up trying and go back to regular cigarettes.
But the patience payed off.
If you don't want the nicotine, it's understandable. Because you don't crave it anymore, you'll only just back track. It wouldn't be fair on yourself. You know there are e- liquids available with 0% nicotine.
I'm a newbie at this buddy, but I want to help as much as I can.
It's great that your a member here. Happy vaping

Haha thanks man! I've tried no nicotine and that just led me to smoking a cigarette lol. I've been vaping on 3mg but diluting it down to 1.5 with zero nic juice. I'm still worried for some reason though
