Hi, everybody. I'm fairly new to all of this - got my first PV just two weeks ago - a Volt from Smokeless Image. I love it, but after getting it and reading various forums, I went out two days later and got an Ego-T. I use them both at different times, the Volt at work and the Ego when hanging around the house.

I used to smoke almost a pack a day, haven't had an analog in two weeks, and really don't want one. I have tried just about everything to quit smoking, and even though I had cancer earlier this year I just couldn't do it. After I started vaping I never looked back. I thought it was all about the nicotine, but I am vaping mostly low or 0 nic juices. I am truly loving this.

I'll be honest -- I'm considering dropping my nicotine level significantly myself, and that's only a couple weeks clean of the cigarettes. I'm enjoying vaping enough that it's really no longer about the nicotine.

On the bright side, you can now enjoy your knitting without the yarn becoming an odd scent! :D

Even better, I can knit and vape at the same time!! I was always afraid to smoke and knit.

Hi, and welcome from another knitter!! Isn't it great to vape and knit? I used to go outside to smoke, then wash my hands, sit back down and knit. I should have more time for knitting now, but I find myself on this forum instead!

Now, see, that's something I always avoided too... mostly because I tend to do socks, and sock yarn's thin enough that one bump from a lit cig and it snaps clean apart. :p Vaping and knitting is much more comfortable... and even better, I can find a juice that tastes good with whatever tea I'm drinking while I'm knitting, so it becomes even more of an enjoyable activity (I'm a heavy tea-drinker, see).
