It's a Stardust with the Long Wick. They are rebuildable BUT are VERY tough to take apart and you have to buy wick and wire separately and rewind it yourself- have done it and takes about 20 mins and the worst part is taking it apart. There are now the newer version Stardusts....when the wick and coil need replacing simply unscrew old head and screw in new head- takes about 5 secs.

You have to buy the extra heads separately. Most vendors sell the Stardust and heads- link below is just for info purposes:

As for cleaning I remove the drip tip and pull the silicon cap out with tweezers or needle nose pliers and soak in PGA for 1-2 hrs. Rinse with water and let dry overnight. Mine are lasting about 3-4 weeks. Have used the Vivi Nova and basically the same experience except doesn't look as nice on PV as Stardust does. ALL clearos do mute the flavor and use lottsa juice.

I dunno, mann. Are you sure? They have the slick finish lower end cap. I think these are just the plain jane eGo style clearos. I have a few, and tried taking one apart. It was kind of a beech. I don't think these things were designed to be disassembled, so I didn't bother anymore. I have since bought a few of the cheapo Bauway eGo style CE4+ clearos, and they are pretty easy to pull apart. Not rebuildable though, but what do you want for $3. Clean a few times and toss.
