I have a pretty easy time dropping my nicotine. The only tough one is 0mg because 0mg has no TH at all.

For each step I first started by only buying juices at the new lower level, including some new ones I really wanted to try. Then on a Saturday morning I boxed up the higher juices and brought out the lower ones, and just vaped a bit extra to smooth over the transition. When I did my last step (12mg to 6mg) I was using cartomizers on both my 510 manuals and KR8 manuals to that stretched out the change further - I packed up the high juices, set out the lower ones but kept using the cartos I had filled with 12mg. Every time I added more juice to the cartomizer I was adding 6mg so slowly the nicotine level of the cartomizer went down during the week. That worked fine too. other than the first drop, I also started buying some 0mg juices to use for cutting old juices and buying 0mg samples.

I am now alternating 4mg and 0mg juices. But I still need that bit of TH the 4mg has.

I mix sometimes a strong (18mg) liquid with VG, in 50%/50%, it makes more vapour and i get the double of e-liquid, and it´gets weaker in nicotine terms, sometimes i need extra power on nicotine and, when it happens i use simple 18mg e-liquid, i know that im far from 0mg nicotine but, considering that i smoked since i was 17 (im 41 now) i considere this periode o 90 days without tobacco a great great victory
