Alright guys, I made my orders. I ended up getting the Ego Twist 1000mah with usb charger, ego passthrough, couple nova vivi mini tanks with a couple replacement atomizers and a bottle of nuuport menthol. Also bought 100 feet of Kanthal and an order from wizard labs. You guys have been great, and this forum helped me with everything.
This forum also answered all my other questions about atomizer life span. As it depends on so many variables they can last a couple hours to a couple weeks depending on how it's used. Anyone else watching this thread, if you have a question use the forum search engine at the top where it says SEARCH ECF (it's helped me a lot).

You went from noob 101 to Phd in a few days.
Be sure to check your rebuilt heads for shorts before using on your battery.
Either get a cheap Multi-meter from Home Depot or Freight Harbor.

Thanks for tip, I'll pick up a multimeter when I get a wall socket/usb hub converter.
Already had food grade cheese cloth laying around, so that's a plus.
