Welcome to the site.

I started with a joyetech Penguin and some tobacco flavor'd juice until I learned what I like. Holds 8+ml, charge lasts days and days and the coil packs hold up well.

The Innokin Kroma is one of my favs. I used that one with a Zenith tank pretty regular.

Best regards in your quest.

safe distance from a black hole
Well, Jebbn (Jeff) True to his word came around home the other night and gave me an Innokin Endura T22 complete vaping system with a big bottle of 6ml unflavoured nicotine and a new packet of 5 coils!!! For free, he showed me how to use it and all the ins and outs and pros and cons. I havent had a cigarette since although Ill have to go up on the strength unless I get used to this 6 ml in the mean-time. I cant thank Jeff enough because Ive been meaning to take the leap but I didnt know anyone that vaped or anything about it? Its only been a few days but Im already breathing easier.
Hey Ross, you are welcome. Thats great news!
Im happy that you can see and feel the value of replacing tobacco with vaping and that it is working out for you so far.
Yeah, experiment with nicotine levels and find your sweet spot. I quit tobacco using 18mg but 18mg would knock me over today. Another friend is using 12mg and is doing well with it reducing her tobacco use.
Im happy to use 0mg through to the 8mg I was using the other night with my Innokin Zenith tanks.
Using a new tank I recently got that uses coils that require higher watts to fire up I find 3mg is more than enough.
Vaping is all about fine tuning things to suit yourself. Its why sometimes even after reading 20 threads on a subject the only real way to find out how it will work for yourself is to try it for yourself.

Cheers.

I still haven't had a cigarette or even felt the need for one! I would like to find a flavor like the Rotterdam Shag I've been used to but if I can't that's OK, I won't be going back to cigarettes that's for sure, vaping is the best there is. Thanks again Jeff, I mean that and I really appreciate your help. I just ordered an Innokin T22 kit for my friend from Vapr.com so Ill share the 6mg juice with her until we get an idea of what to get next, the 6mg is OK but I think it would be better for me to go with 12mg or 18mg? I was thinking of getting a 200ml bottle of 100mg nicotine from Mixology I think it was and dilute it and experiment with PG and VG and different mixtures of the two?

you could try NETs Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

won't taste like smoke, but will taste like the tobacco

i do cold macerations, just cover tobacco in pg and steep 3 months, then strain. That makes a concentrate that is good a about 5%

others do heat macerations that are ready in half a day

Yeah, that sounds easy to do. Thanks for the info mate,

Its been a week and I still haven't had a smoke and probably never will again unless I run out of juice or something? I'm feeling better, breathing easier, not waking up with a cough and I noticed a wound on my foot where I had a skin cancer removed has nearly healed up completely! I had the operation about 6 weeks ago but the cut kept splitting open, its only been a week without a smoke (a record for me) and its healed up just about completely. I've got 4 oldies like me interested in this vaping so I'm ordering them all the same Innokin T22 starter system that Jeff so kindly gave me. Jeff, you are a Champion!!! And so are all you other helpful people here.

@redrooster a HUGE congratulations to you for giving vaping a go. You are doing really well! It is great to hear you are seeing the benefits already of quitting smoking. I hope all goes well with the other '4 oldies' too.
You will be an inspiration for them!
And you are so right.... @Jebbn is a real champion!

This is exactly the reason why surgeons refuse to do elective surgery on patients who smoker.

Welcome @redrooster, you'll find lots of answers (and a lot more questions) here.

I smoke Rotterdam Shag tobacco sold as White Ox but its $84.60 for a 50 gram packet nowdays. It used to be 70 cents for a 1 ounce packet.

That's over £45 in UK money, twice what we would pay here for a pouch. Looks like the government down under enjoys extortion even more than the UK government does .
