Hi everybody,

I am a poor lonely french woman living in Tokyo from 12 years:D and I just discovered the heaven when I quit smoking two monthes ago !!
I really enjoy to vape my own juices !
May I ask you, if you have already ordered at smoktek.com ? have you some problems ?
Who can help me ? Because I ordered for 88 USD:2c: (42USD for shipping in express mail) 40 days ago and I just had a mail to inform me that the package was lost with USPS ! I wrote many times but no answer...
Have you had this kind of experience ? What can I do ? Pleeeeaaaaase, help me !:ohmy:

Unfortunately once the package is consigned to USPS it is out of the hands of the vendor and they will probably expect you to take up any claims with the USPS. Only by getting insurance (if available) is there any real hope of getting compensation from the postal service.

Sorry you had such bad luck, but it does happen rarely. Do not let it put you off.

You may want to consider ordering from Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail Located in China and I've ordered from them many times and they have a large and loyal following here at ECF. Also doesn't hurt that they're inexpensive.
As far as your English it's perfectly fine.

In regards to your lost package there are options:
"If the delivery status indicates that the item has not yet been delivered, we recommend that you contact the recipient to determine if they have received the item. If the item has not been received, you may call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) to initiate a research request"
