hey guys just another average joe from tx been vaping for awhile alternating between analogs and vaping has helped me out quite a bit
just trying to post up so i can get my 5 posts so i can ask for help
unless i can in here?
i have a ego-c upgrade and im having issues with it it's not a clone either

well basically my ego c is about 3 months old never put it through heavy use
well it was actually sitting for a month recently finally bought a new tank as the last e juice used destroyed it gunked it up
it worked fine for about 5 draws then the led indicator started blinking like crazy figured it was drained it was sitting for over a month
when i plug it the charging indicator led turns red as usual but no longer powers up no led on the button nothing i figured it really needed a charge but i left it for about 5 hrs and nothing only led that lights up is the bottom red one
tried holding the button down so i can change the V
doesn't respond either
any ideas? i tried 4 different mini usb cables same result

not my first battery as i also have a ego t upgrade but i left it in my pants and washed it but it still works just fine itll turn on and off when it wants to but works nonetheless
how do i clean the head

i have a ego t upgrade and a ego c upgrade
the ego t upgrade was washed it works but it turns on and off by itself
thats is why i bought a new ego c upgrade battery
now after 3 months of owning it 2 months of actual mid level use
the original tank that came with it i used a cheap e juice and gunked it up no biggie i put it in a drawer and forgot about it
so the ego c battery was unused for a month give or take
so i happen to go to a vape shop and bought a new tank worked fine for about 5 draws then the led on the button went crazy normally meaning the battery needa to be recharged which was ok as i havent messed with it for a month
i plug in the usb cable and the red led charging indicator turns on like if its charging normally i waited a few and tried to turn it on i got no response
so i let it charge for around 5 hrs the red charging led never turned off
tried to fire it up i got nothing
clicked it five times nothing
i tried to switch the V by holding down the button for 10 secs no response
i tried different power supplys different usb cable wall and laptop same red led but it doesnt turn on anymore
unless i just got a dud the ego t lasted a good 6 months before i washed it on accident
sad part of all this is i called the store and they said i only had 30 days with receipt which i have but its been more than 30 days

Here's my guess: the center pin in your battery has been depressed further than it should have been. Where you screw the tank on to the battery, there are outer threads, where your tank likely attached, and then a cylinder coming out of that, with inner threading.

If you look down into that cylinder, you'll see the center pin. The coil has to make contact with that to heat; likewise, contact needs to be made for charging.

You can attempt to nudge the pin upward with a small screwdriver. Be delicate, but you can try -if you're comfortable fooling around with it- wedging a flathead screwdriver (a tiny one) under the edge and push it upward a little bit. But be gentle with it.

I have a genuine joyetech ego twist, my wife has a generic one. Her tanks and all fit flush on the battery, mine can't screw down completely. I did that once. The LED became unpredictable and it wouldn't fire. Guy at the local vape shop pulled the pin up, and it's been fine ever since.

At the least, it won't work any less than it does now.

Did you try tinkering with the center pin? I don't want to push you to fool with the battery if you're not comfortable, though-just curious.

guess i damaged it somehow they said it was related to dropping it etc but i never did weird thank guys
looking to get back into vaping gonna post in a different section see what god juices are out there
