Hello, This is my first post, I have always been just a reader getting all my great info. But could someone tell me how to get a hold of Health Cabin. Sent them a e-mail 2 days ago. I placed my order on Nov. 26 and it was paid for through PayPal, but there is no reference to it anywhere. I am perplexed. Thanks...Danelle

If you don't get a response from them, dispute it through paypal immediately.

Health Cabin is an awesome vendor that I've used many times and has a great reputation on here. They have a sub-forum on here and you can talk to Amy about anything and she will get things worked out for you.

Health Cabin is a good vendor in my experience and they have a support forum here on ECF. They aren't expensive either so I guess post #2 is thinking of someone else. You should have had an order confirmation come through by e-mail, but I would guess they are very busy from the Black Friday sale.

Ive used them before they will send..Don't worry. not the best prices due to postage..if postage was free they would be ok.

Another thing to remember is that some auto-anti spam features will be bouncing emails and responses back to the sender -
while some services like yahoo might drop a suspect message into the spam folder, most will bounce back - thereby protecting your computer.... and this includes even "white-listed" contacts... this happened with a popular vendor recently and a new customer, after a simple phone call all was understood and right with the world

Thanks all for your replies. I was thinking should have gotten a conf # after 5 days. Tried to post in HC forum but would not let me (newbie). Will try to get a hold of Newsunshine I cant PM either. I can send HC another e-mail I guess. Dont like it when you cant call. Maybe they will find me somewhere. LOL

Hello Everyone just reporting progress: I emailed that newsunshine person on the dec 1 no response, finally got reply from hc on original email could not find order wanted paypal #, sent that, 2 days no reply, sent email requesting refund, no answer, another email, sent another email, asking them how long does it take them to answer their emails? Also where was the great customer service that I was told I would receive and I would post my experience on ECF and wanted refund again. They just turned around and sent it right back to me (how cute & fast they did that). So now it is 8 days and if there is no order then it is simple refund my money. So now I had to file a dispute with PayPal. I have totally learned my lesson on this. If I cant call or physically drive there, I will not order! You learn something new everyday. Thanks all for letting me vent.

I'm sorry for your experience phantom, I would have been one to recommend HC. I have had a couple orders from them and there was never a problem and always quick responses to questions and concerns; excellent customer service for me.
