Question about Health Cabin

Hey all, I saw that Health Cabin has a 5 pack of Stardust coil heads for a good price. I was wondering if they are reputable? How long does their standard shipping take to get to the states? I would save about 8 bucks over my local store, which I plan on visiting tomorrow anyway. Would dealing with Health Cabin be worth my time for this?

I think they are reputable. I placed an order on Jul 2. Standard shipping which seemed so cheap! My order is still sitting in customs in China. Even if it was approved tonight, put on a plane, I wouldnt expect to see it for at least another 5 to 6 days. I dont know if DHL can get the goods state side any faster.

I picked up various clearomizers, drip tips and stuff I can live without for a while. Except for a usb charger that I needed a few days ago lol

Edit: In case you do order, I found the following information regarding China Air Mail status...
1. "Posting" - Your package has left DX and it is in China Post
2. "Arrival at transit office of exchange" - Your package is in the outward custom´s
3. "Departure from outward office of exchange" - Your package is waiting for a plane, already accepted by customs
4. "Held by Customs" - Your package is in your country, and in Customs.
5. "Arrival at inward office of exchange" - Your package is now in your own country post.
6. "Final delivery" - Now you have received your package.

Helth cabin is reputable vendor, don't worry about them. I wait for packages round 10 to 15 days(Europe, Croatia). You can give some extra bucks to get it faster but I didn't try. :thumbup:

I've made a few orders with Health Cabin. They have some really good prices. But, I pay $16.00 shipping, and it takes about a week and a half for me to receive my order once it's shipped.

So, you can't be in too big of a hurry. And, it's only a good deal if you're saving enough money to make up for the difference in shipping costs.

They're a great Vendor to do bulk buys from $100-$150... I do this every few months to stock up. The slow shipping usually takes 2.5-3 weeks which isn't too bad. You just need to order from them before u actually need what you're ordering

Great to hear, as a new user I'm thinking of getting my first gear from healthcabin. Guess I'll be getting the faster shipping option since I'm impatient as a child right now and I have to wait till the 31st to order....

Awesome vendor and very helful for us international buyers .

Shipping depends on your country too. For eg. to the US could take about 2 weeks or a bit more, but to Japan - under a week. That is because my parcel is delivered to me the same day it enters Japan... so all depends on your country.

EMS from China takes a few days to me...

I've been happy with their items and their delivery. I go with the lowest price shipping and it takes about two weeks to get to me here in RI. I don't order items that I know I'm in a hurry to get, but for things I can wait for it saves money.
On their tracking, I've noticed it sits at a status of being in China till suddenly it shows as being in New York.
Once it hits NY, I usually have it in a three days or so. Good Luck!

I've found them to be reasonably quick and the orders that I've received have been spot on. The only suggestion I would make is the look out for any of the big Chinese holidays as that can delay things, albeit their website will normally warn you if one is coming up that may delay shipping and often you get a little extra discount to encourage you to order away. I'd certainly use them again.

The saving seemed really great until I added in the shipping cost which would have been US$24.00 for what I wanted to order so it would have actually costs me more to buy from them... plus...if you read their policies the other downside was if you have a problem such as DOA with a products like batteries you have to pay the return shipping costs, which can be very high from the US to China, to get a replacement or just be out the product/money. In the end it was way more cost effective to buy US.

I've ordered from them several times and have been very happy with prices, quality and CS ( customer service). Some info on my ordering style:
I always wait for thier sales- last sale was 30- 50% off. Got my fave 5 pack cartos for $3.79- regular price $7.00+.
I always order in bulk and get free shipping.
