If you are near Mutiara damansara, there is a shop at Ritze Perdana 2 called vaperzinside.. they carry liquid as well.
If not you can try and go to the uptown/downtown night market.. just be careful and if can try it first.. cos a lot of bad liquid/fake liqua that they are selling.. and make sure you know the market rate lo.. happy hunting..

thats not true my friend, you just need your bank account, and have online banking and you can transfer the funds to the vendor,
OR alternatively you can get the bank acc from the vendor and just bank in the money to the vendor and take a picture of the deposit slip
and send it to the vendor via e-mail.

How can you not have a bank account? Are you a foreign student? If you have a local bank, I think most, if not all bank has a visa version of ATM card that you can use as a credit card for paypal payment. Once you have that, do open a paypal account too (will take a few days for verification), which will prove handy. Anyway, I think most seller will allow a bank deposit/transfer so u should be good =)
