Your profile doesn't say where you reside but i'm guessing that English isn't your 1st language. Here is a little vocabulary that might help you as you search for the information you seek:
We don't use "smoke" in relation to e-cigarettes. We say vapor (even though it's not actually vapor). Not "smoke" as a noun but, rather, "vapor" or, in the UK, "vapour." Not "smoke" or "smoking" as verbs but, rather, "vape" or "vaping."
E-cigarettes are also called "mods." The larger mods are often called "box mods." That may be what you meant by "big smoke e-cigarettes" or, maybe, you meant those that produce a large amount of vapor. We usually call that "cloud production" & the large amount of vapor itself we call "clouds."
i don't mean to be didactic or condescending; only trying to help you find what you want. There's a vocabulary to vaping. When i first started, it often confused me. It's simple enough to learn the basics you'll need.
Please don't hesitate to post or to ask questions. There are some fine people here who will be happy to help you. Perhaps you could tell us some details about what type of e-cigarette you want: Small & portable or larger with more functions? To help you quit smoking cigarettes or to enjoy vaping more? Things like that.
