Yes after a year of on off vaping and falling off the wagon, mainly because I was not getting enough of a hit from cartomisers, I decided to give it another go, I bought a VGO2 from Jac vapour. The difference is chalk and cheese. I have been vaping for a week and haven't had a cigarette since. I also bought a nova tank from VIP just as good but manual, to be honest I don't see the point of manual but that might be down to inexperience. Maybe someone could explain.

Welcome!

You will see your story repeated quite often around here. It's one of the reasons those cig-a-likes aren't really recommended for beginners looking to quite smoking. They just don't fulfill the craving like some of the better models.

As far as manual vs automatic, there are a couple of reasons. Automatics have a tiny hole going into the battery case for the draw sensor. Ejuice can leak into this hole and ruin the battery. There are also reports of automatic accidently going off in your pocket from loud noises, although I've never experienced this myself.

The manual also allows for more control of the vape. You can hit the button a half second before taking a draw to warm up the coil and let go a half second early for more air if you prefer. You can also lock the button before putting it in your pocket to prevent accidental firing.

Hello & welcome rinswind :)

Sailense is so right, manuals (& non ciggie lookalikes) are far better.

For your information, your jacvapour is a KR808D - not a bad e-cig but it's over priced & isn't compatible with what the majority of good UK vendors sell.

VIP are also over priced & from memory, I don't think they are compatible with anything else.
