ordered on the 3rd, 13 pieces, made sure all said in stock, paid for faster shipping... 7 days later on the 10th pages hadn't updated, didn't say anything other than "order received", the list of items still had nothing beside them like "ready" or "ships in 7 business days" nada, showed nothing for the order status or a shipping date. so I sent in a ticket and ended up in chat. took me 20 mins to get through to the woman the page wasn't updating or showing information and hadn't for days. I finally learn 3 of the "in stock" wasn't really and tell her to cancel that part of the order and just send me the other 10... so she splits the order into two parts and cancels both orders... which totaled roughly $68, but only refunded me $18... the first 3 items... 2 days of back and forth and I finally get told the other $50 is now refunded as well... and i'm like... why did she cancel the 10 items I told her I needed? their response was basically "meh, you can reorder"...
