Danny,

I was in your exact position just 2 weeks ago as I am also a newbie and was looking at the Blu kit.

Thanks to this forum I did not waste my money and for the same price I purchased the eGo kit, Vivi Nova tank, RY4 juice, and a case from Altsmoke.

Just do what I did and research the different kits and options suggested and go with what you feel fits your needs.

Good luck and welcome.

Hi! My name is Danny. I'm looking into buying an e cig but I'm unsure which one to buy. Money is of no concern. I've been looking into the blu e cig 100 for $89. Is this a good choice or are there better options? Thanks for all of your help in advance.

if you are looking for analog size Joyetech Eroll is an good option for a starter IMO.

I would agree with the other reccomendations for the Provari (if money is no object)

I started vaping back in 08-09 and ended up quitting due to the hassle of the current hardware at the time. (Had a knockoff 510)

I recentally decided to look into vaping again, I wanted something that was a solid consistant performer I did a lot of research... Money was not an object for my purchase either. I went for what many consider the best, the Provari. Satin silver w blue led.

I would however look into carto tanks vs the vivi nova tanks that were previously reccomended. Hands down! Get an ibtanked 19mm tank. I use 3.0 SR cartos.

I recentally purchased from MT baker Vapor, they are good for their price. But, If money is not an object I would definately look elsewhere for higher quality juices.

Welcome to ECF and please post when you get your setup.

Just out of curiosity,if money is no object, what is? In other words, what are you looking to get out of vaping? Do you want something that looks and feels like a cigarette? or do you want something that you can vape on all day and not worry about battery recharging? All above are great choices, but if we all knew what you wanted in a look and feel, we could all narrow down to something close to what would fill your needs. Just my 2 cents :)

Well I'm looking for something that will feel like a cigarette when I take a drag off of it. The way it looks doesn't really matter that much. As long as I can get a good nicotine draw and it feels like I'm taking a drag off of it are the most important things. Well it has to be built well also. I would also prefer that the battery last a good while. Thanks.

Hi Danny. I'm not sure what is available in the US, but in the UK the internet is full of positive reviews for look-a-like e-cigarettes that are expensive and don't provide much nicotine or satisfaction to the user. I bought the #1 brand in the UK and went from 15 cigarette a day to about 10. The most popular recommendations here are a simple non-brand "ego" battery or a Riva battery. When I say non-brand, it's OK to buy joyetech or vision batteries, just not clones REbranded as something "unknown" to charge double.
The current trend here is to use a clearomiser on the battery, Kanger EVOD and Vision Vivi Nova are the front runners.

For $89 (in UK £) I would go for a double battery kit, 3 or 4 clearomisers and plenty of e-liquid.

Well I didn't think e cigs could be that expensive. The provari looks great but I can't afford that much for the kit. So I guess price is a factor. Lol. It looks like, after reading everything I could here, that my choice is going to be the eGo-c kit with the 1350 batteries. I'll post the link and I'm hoping you guys can steer me in the right direction on what to get with it. Thank you for all of your help so far. I promise that I'll try and return the favor to each of you if I can.

While searching and re-reading what you guys have said, I've come across this one. Now I'm stuck between deciding on this one or the previous one I've posted. I want to make the right choice the first time. I've just had a stroke and the doctor says that smoking regular cigarettes is a no no. Can you guys please give me some more advise on either of these two that I've posted. It would sure help alot. Thanks again and here's the link for the other candidate.

I've heard good things about the vamo. You would still need tanks and stuff. With the vamo I think the battery life if you use 18650 would last you longer with out a battery switch. I would get two battery's 18650s. So on that page I would get the vamo a charger and battery's. the other page you get a full kit with tanks. But the battery's are normal 30 bucks a piece when they die that's 30 bucks vs nine.

Danny - that $69.99 deal looks excellent to me. Two 1300mah Vision spinners, two clearomisers and a charger would be more than that in the UK.

I wouldn't personally recommend a Vamo just now. Nothing wrong with the Vamo (it's very good) but that's just a big, big battery tube with lots of settings/menu/toys! You'd need to buy a charger, two batteries (18650, or 18350 in small size), then the clearomisers etc.

The myvapourstore deal is great. They are offering a choice of all my favourite clearomisers. Given the choice, the EVOD clearomiser is the safest bet. Kanger T3 and MT3 leak (well most people on the UK forums find they do). I gave away ALL my T3/MT3 accessories the other day.
The EVOD is effectively the "new" T3, and even Kanger redesigned the base unit to improve the issues.
