Willingly gave up the ‘stinkies’ two years ago and started vaping. It was a good decision. No regrets.

Still addicted to the nicotine, but that doesn’t worry me a lot. What I am a bit concerned about the OCD-like symptoms many of us seem to share. In years past, my happy place was a carton of “my brand” in the frig, a bic in my pants, and the pack that followed me like a teddy bear. That addiction was simple and easy (except for the cough, . . .).

Things are different now. It struck me this morning. My desk (which also serves as a lab) is cluttered with: 4 PVs, 10 flavors of juice (over 430ml), uncounted tanks, cartos and atties; batteries, chargers, magnetic stirrer, ultra-sonic cleaner, flavorings, VG, PG, PGA, flavor molecules, lab-glass . . . What’s wrong with this picture? And there is a tool box full of working 510’s and 808’s in the garage. I hate to admit it but plan to go to a local vape-shop and buy a couple more iClears and heads later this morning.

Why did I purchase an iTaste MVP when the three Vamos and the Twist are working well?
Why do some think they need at least two indestructible ProVaris?
Why are many of us driven to improve on the perfect juice?
Where is our happy place?

The reason for having multiple devices? We can't just go to the nearest gas station/store and pick up a spare.

In a way, you were OCD while smoking. I know I was. Had to have at least 2 or more packs in the house. I pretty much had a carton in the fridge at all times. Multiple lighters laying around, even had a section in the 'junk drawer' filled with new ones. If someone borrowed my lighter, I was right there with my hand out, waiting to get it back.

I basically traded one out for the other. Now I have a small stockpile of liquids in the fridge, batteries carefully put in their own section in my vape station (which takes the place of the junk drawer) and spare heads etc...in the vape station.

 do any of you remember trying to light a cigarette from the stove if you lost lighters?

It never failed that I'd run out of cigarettes at 2am and this was WAY before the days of 24 hour convenience stores,,,,,

I remember having to parcel out the cigs until 6am when I could run to an open store to get a pack.
