Hi! Need evic help

Hi guys new member here from Italy. Just got my evic and installed the mac software. Unfortunately when I try to get the data from the device I only get an error message "Read the record number:0". Someone else experiencing this ???

Just tried and have this too. At first I thought that it comes when you have no new data to retrieve from device but I sure did now
You have the newest version(1.2) installed? Or is it out on mac already, hmm.
Came out yesterday to Windows at least.

So you were not able to get it work on the mac but it did fine on Windows ? I tried with a Win virtual machine but hw did not get recognized. Sigh.

You probably still got the data regardless of the error. Check and see.

I just discovered that as soon as you do the firmware upgrade the Mac software correctly displays the information about the eVic.

how are you liking the evic so far outside of the data issue? .. just ordered one and I am a mac owner as well.

V1.2 is amazing no complaints

It's my first BB and I'm loving it. Everything is working fine now on my MacBookPro with Mountain Lion.

Has someone tried to use the software on the mac first and then on a pc ? As i wrote before, everything runs fine on the mac, but my Asus with Win 7 does not recognize the hardware.
