Hi to the other newbies and the experts. I gave up my 30+ cigarette habit when I started vaping more than three years ago. Living in Western Australia means that I have to buy all my vaping stuff on line and I have to import my nicotine eliquid from overseas suppliers. The system here sucks but I would not go back to smoking for anything. I’m too old to be chasing clouds - being a creature of habit - and have stuck with the system that is the simplest for me :Vision Spinner 2, 1600 mAh batteries with Aspire BVC Clearomizers.
A few weeks ago I ordered a whole heap of stuff (unflavoured VG and PG, flavour doublers, one tripler, a sample pack of tobacco flavoured e-juices, and unflavoured 3.6 mg nicotine liquid, little mixing bottles, and syringes). I swear, mixing this stuff is doing my head in. all I want is a decent tasting cigarette flavoured vape with a nicotine content somewhere between o.6 and o.9 mg in strength. ARRRGH. Why is that so difficult?
happy Vaper - not so happy Mixer.

Welcome aboard Lynnibee. Can't help much with tobacco flavors, I like sweet stuff and blowing clouds. You should probably get a good calculator to keep track of your efforts. I use ejuicemeup but there are plenty of others. It looks complicated at first but is really easy to use. You can save your recipes and adjust as needed. And don't get discouraged, it took me 4 months to produce a juice I actually liked.

In the future, you might want to post in the ECF forum most closely representing your question. Suggest posting in :DIY Liquid forum:

Hi and welcome. DIY forum is a good idea, yes. Normally I might suggest NETs (naturally extracted tobacco flavors) and you CAN buy them online (which from the sounds of your frustration is going to be better than making them. My husband likes them so I looked into it.

But also.…. The only time vaping has ever tasted like smoking to me is when I get a dreadful dry hit, torch the coil kind of hit.

Combustion tastes like... combustion. I hear your frustration and maybe you want to try some other flavors.

Welcome and congrats.
