I found that when you're filling, if you open the air up all the way, then fill, then screw base on, and dont flip the tank back over until the ttank is screwed all the way on.

As for how to fix the problem, drain the juice, take it apart as if you were going to refill, and blow thru the tip. make sure when you're filling you don't get any juice in the center tube

I am new to this stuff and just got my new iStick and Aspire nautilus tank. Got it set up and laid the unit down for awhile and juice is coming out of one of the air holes and I am getting juice in my mouth now also. Does anyone know why this would happen or how I can fix it. Thank you!

Hello and welcome to ECF.

Have you checked the coil is fitting in snug, not too tight, not too loose. Hope you resolve it, happy vaping. :)

I did what you both said and that seemed to fix the problem and it works fine now. I have one other question, the iStick is set at 4.0 volts and wondering if that is what I should leave it at, as I have no idea what the different voltage settings mean. Thank again!

It's a personal choice where to set it. Set it wherever it gives you the vape that you want, that's the reason it's variable in the first place.

Is the vape good , not burnt /harsh tasting then its fine. if there the 1.8Ω bvc coils 4v is fine i use form 3.7 - 4.3 most times , depending on the liquid I'm using.
4v at 1.8 probably around 9 watts should be ok.
Play around with the voltage and find what you like - Can also set it to wattage for the istick press one of the buttons three times i think - should be in the instructions.

There is always a battle between letting enough juice in to avoid dry/burned hits and letting so much in that it leaks out.

If it starts to gurgle while you are using it or just after filling it is to turn it upside down and blow into it. This will force excess liquid out of the air hole, hold a paper towel in front of the hole to catch the spatter or optionally have someone you do not like stand in front of it.
