Hello all!
I'm new to the forum (and e-smoking too), just wanted to say hi.
Is there a new members thread for introductions? (if so, red face).
I had heard about e-cigs but finally saw one in person on a recent trip to the bay area. So I bought 2 xhale 02 starter kits. I love the juice flavor but hated the cig part, little to no vape (fully charged!) and the cartridges ran out super quick, plus they never sent me the ones I ordered.
So I did a little research (a lot from this forum, thanks!) and went with the joye 510.
I'm interested now in finding the right ejuice as I'm not super fond of the Winston flavor I bought (50 mls of, der!)
I'm trying to quit American Spirit yellows and am not a huge flavor person (like fruits and stuff, although willing to try to prove myself wrong since everyone else seems to love it!).
Would love any recomendations for juice that tastes like the xhale brand.

Also- pg, vg, pg/vg!? What is the difference in taste?

Sorry for hijacking an entire thread, and I plan on searching the forums more, but since I need to post 5 times, I figured I may as well jump in!

Hey Burn...the library will get ya started on reading up on e-cigs


Without going into chemical composition of pg VS vg...ones heavier(VG)
the vapor is lighter with pg & heavier with vg...a mix of both makes for a good vape from what most say...I use 70/30...Welcome to ecf!!!

You really should try some of the other flavors!

I thought that the only way that I would be able to quit smoking would be to use tobacco flavors, but ordered up several others to try from MadVapes... I was totally wrong - the Fried Apple is great!

Now I tend to stay away from the tobacco flavors, except to mix it with some of the others.

Hello Helen, and everyone else!
I just started vaping too, just got my kit(902) from Modern Vapor. Customer service was great! Love this model, it poors out vapor now that the atomizer's broke in! Tony even switched my flavor from Root Beer float to Energy Cow(tastes just like Red Bull!). Thanks Tony! Love this flavor, been vaping it since I tried it!
If you like Red Bull I recommend it, if not they have several others, so does myfreedomsmokes.com(haven't tried theirs yet though). Planning on getting some VG to dilute the strength down some so I can have a less potent juice for when I just feel like vaping.

I too only thought the tobacco flavors would do it for me. After trying a free sample of strawberry kiwi I'm curious to try others. Its rather tasty.

I just got my e-cigs on Friday and got an assortment of tobacco flavors to hopefully duplicate my marlboro lights. Luckily, I also got hazlenut and espresso since those are the only two that I can stand.

The tobacco flavors that I tried taste like cigars smell, if that makes any sense. And, I am realizing that I don't really think that I like the taste of cigs so much as that's all the choices I had.

I look forward to ordering some of the fruity or nutty flavors....heck, I have even seen some interesting flavors like waffle....can't wait to try them all!

Experiment. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Oh, and welcome to the boards. I am new also and the people here are just fantastic (like all smokers I know!)

I have read that VG produces more vapor than PG, and PG is good for TH. I'm sure someone will correct me if that's not the case. I agree with others, that you might prefer a non-tobacco flavor when your sense of taste and smell start to return. So, check into other flavors that sound interesting.

Lol that is the exact same one i got friday was the x hale o2 at 7-11, other than using it to quit i now fear i have a new hobby, hell just ordered the volcano magma

Welcome to ECF and vaping. Try lots of flavors, you never know what you might end up liking.
