Hi there from Rosedal BC Canada
The current setup i am using is the Gbox squonk box by geekvape with the 24 mm Dead rabbit rda .Welcome to the forum! Glad you are here. You can share what you are current using, currently searching and your experience.
I don’t have the device and hadn’t heard of it before. It is apparently older. Smoant’s products have a decent reliability reputation generally, but this is due largely to the battlestar and the cylon which are quite popular. Imho the mod seems a hair overpriced for what it is. Its nearly as expensive as mods with a lot more features. I’m seeing in for $72 though and you may have a better deal going. It’s look is fairly unique though so if it’s the look for you it is what it is. That probably wasn’t a ton of help but it’s all I got for you. Perhaps if you make a separate post with smoant gaia in the title you may find people with more specific knowledgeI was wondering if any one has used the Smoant gaia box mod and if its any good iam replacing my segeli 200 mod due to it constantly changing resistance on me even with store bought coils.
What tank or rda are you running on itWelcome to ECF!
The Smoant Cylon is awesome...

That mod sounds really good what batteries do you tend to run in them, I run the LGHG2s but i am not sure if these are the safest batteries to use.Welcome Lee. As I think I mentioned I don't have the gaia (if it was another thread). I do have a Cylon and my husband does too. We both like them a great deal. Both MTL vapers, so the topper probably won't interest you, but I have yet to run into someone who's purchased a Cylon and hated it. That mod is just full of WIN! LOL.
Welcome,
Anna

Thank you very much for all the excellent info on battery safety .Welcome and glad you joined.

For the price of the gaia what other mod would you suggest with more features for the same price?I don’t have the device and hadn’t heard of it before. It is apparently older. What features do you want is the question. For ruggedness the geekvape legend wins for example though it’s larger. It depends on what you want. Afaict the gaia’s Main selling point is look and form factor. I am looking for ruggedness and a good TC suit, and something that is fires quicklyWhat features do you want is the question. For ruggedness the geekvape legend wins for example though it’s larger. The Gaia isn’t bad then though I can’t speak to tc quality as I don’t own one. The legend is new so it’s tc is unknown afaik. It IS bigger than the Gaia which may be a killer for you. The smoant cylon is a more modern smoant mod and should be cheaper. It may not have the form factor you want though. You can also pick up an older dna75 two battery mod for about the same price which will have unbeatable TC. For around $100 there are dna 75Cs or dna 250Cs that will also have replay.I am looking for ruggedness and a good TC suit, and something that is fires quickly
