Hi, I'm new to the whole vaping thing. I started because I have put on some weight after I quit smoking 8 years ago and even though I work out quite a lot (I'm a groupfitness instructor) I can't seem to get it off (I have discipline issues lol)
So I thought I'd go back to 'smoking' without messing up my lungs with smoke/tar/garbage....I need my lungs to breathe after all.
Started out with 0mg/ml nicotine juices since the thought of going back to nicotine addiction frightened me. But after having done some research on the nicotine as a stand-alone substance, I'm now vaping 6mg/ml juices. After all it's the nicotine that's an appetite suppressant. Just the act of vaping didn't cut it entirely, although it has kept my mind off of eating out of boredom a little.
So yeah...vaping to lose weight....we'll see how that goes.
But me question is this: do 100%VG juices really have less flavor? Because I started with some 50/50 and 70/30-ish PG/VG juices, but it turns out my husband gets an allergic reaction just from the vapor of that. (He's really sensitive to PG....in everything...gets dizzy/seasick and headaches).
Could just be I need to add more flavoring to my mixes? Or more steep time? Or just accept that it won't pack as much flavor as the PG/VG blends?
Any and all insight will be highly appreciated!
