Sorry about the late reply, work has been awful last few weeks.
So my mate said he gets all his stuff from ebay, mostly retailers from amsterdam or the US

Interesting stuff.
Apparently most decent Nicotine base only comes from 2 sources. Switzerland or the US.
Presumably, if you order from a company in Amsterdam it's come from the Nicotine place in Switzerland.
I think the elephant in the room is we are all scared about the possibility of low grade (non-pharma) entering the system.
ebay seems a risk to me. Nicotine is not a permitted product on ebay, so there'd be no come back if something went wrong. I'm not saying it's dodgy nicotine base by the way.

Yeh, but time is ticking. Most shops are already running down stocks of nicotine base and then..well.. We'll all be at the mercy of just a few (tobacco?) companies selling 10ml of 18mg for twice the prices today.

I can report one bit of news.
Nicotine base liquid is coming onto the market in 10ml bottles with the required TPD license.
Now, we are talking just some base liquid here, not 25,000 flavors all with different emission profiles.
Just plain old PG/VG maximum 20mg.

Guess how much more expensive?

Bloody hell!
Again pardon the late reply, been one drama after another, even went back to smoking roll ups. But back on the vaping since Tuesday mainly due to feeling like crap.
