Hello out there!! I joined this forum years ago. I smoked for 20+ years. I started vaping October 13, 2013. I started gradually going down on nicotine strength. I am now down to 0mg..and rarely use it now. There is days I still see someone smoking and think I want one of those, get closer and smell it and think nope I am good! So to the newbies out there, stay strong. It can be done.

Welcome back. I will never want to inhale hot ashes again, everyone might keep this in mind.

I got to Really minding the smoke-in-the-eye thing. And the Ripping all the skin off my lip thing. And the windows cracked in the car during winter/rain thing. Darn, cigs were brutal!

Hi @Cella. I'm only a year into vape and hit my zero nic between Christmas and New Years. I think the worst cig cravings I have had were last week but they passed. I'll probably always keep a vape close just in case.

    Kanawha County here. :)
Lincoln county here..but shhh no holding it against me lol

Oh I don't mean in anyways people should quit the nicotine...not exactly one of those. I just started realizing it was more the hand to mouth thing for me. I support vaping to the fullest. I was one of the first in my area to vape. I always got strange looks, asked a billion questions. Even had to tell a police officer what it was. lol
