Don't worry count the ones you don't smoke not the ones you do dome people take awhile. I've been vaping for 8 months and still need a CIG every now and then.Sorry for my late response. Well im going to stick with the 16mg even t though I'm vaing more I'm smoking less cigs. Can't get passed the first one in the morning and after meals I reckon that's down to willpower. If i cant give up these last cigs I will go back up to the 18 and do it the hard way lol make sursure IV not got a cig to waken up to. U burst my bubble lol I thought the 1100 gave me a better puff for lack a word than the standard 650,not knowing it only lasts longer. I will give this stick a chance and the 16mg and see where to go from there. I'm really confused to Watts votage omh so I think my best bet would be going to a proper ecig shop where you get to try out the batteries and hopefully i get proper advice on what to buy not like the wee shops IV already bought 3 starter kits from. I really appreciate your help DJs but like u mustv guessed I'm pretty dense to this vaping stuff. Cheers..no doubt I will be back asking for help on bottom fill coils soon ! I have a couple IV not opened for fear of flooding them like I did when I got them with the kits. I'm using top fill clearomisers again from the corner shop so not entirely sure of quality. £3.99 each which isn't near a pack of cigarettes but I was replacing them quite often till I got top fillers. Well since my last post through willpower lol probably more to getting my son to leaving me only 2 cigs and hiding the rest I'm down to 2 cigs a day Your so right GW! about the amountbi Don't smoke so I'd say I'm doing rarther well...Pat on back for me. Hoping I will be back in employment soon I would like not stink of cig smoke and have my boy come up stairs to the living room without moaning how he smells smoke,plus saving cash is an incentive but ffir & foremost my health. My mum died of a stroke but was fighting throat cancer at the same time,my eldest sister passed of breast cancer now my second eldest sis has been esophical cancer free for 5 year ( all previous smokers ) If vaping heps with all my issues I'm on it. Hello.....iv now upgraded my battery to an ISstick30W. I bought this nearly 2 weeks ago from an ecig shop in Glasgow and tbh I got very little help info wise,basically yeah this is a next step up from your pen battery. He put it together for me bearing in mind I'm using a single coil clearomiser(sg4?) but mostly i use those Ce4 top filling clearos I ask what type attomizer I use and I was told the ones I was using are fine ! By the time I was at bus stop I was on burning oil Back to my pen till I go to a different shop the next day. He was very helpful,let me try different oils and told me to keep the clearos for my pen and sold me a DBL coil aspire atomizer he did show me a large tank but suggested upgrading to that if I felt I needed to use more wattage...he said try sticking to 6watts with aspire ? Am i getting told truths here like not to go too advanced to quickly and slowly upgrade lol why have a battery that can handle 30 w if I can only use 6 ? Plus side i am truly smoking 1 CIG and that's in the morning im also on a 12mg oil but vaping a lot ! He filled the Atty for me with an 8mg that should suit my smoking habit but I bought an 8 & a 12.' Having to use the 12mg...lcd reading is 6.0w 3.0v and 1.9 (not got the symbol but I take it that's resistance?) Sorry for lonnnng story but do i have No Brainer tatood on my head and just getting fobbed off to buy more purchases ?? Any advice welcolme
