Welp, I am new here and semi new to this entire vaping world. This is my second attempt at it and it is going a hell of a lot better then last time. My first time around was about 2 maybe 3 years ago with an e leaf product and my nic levels I could not fine tune properly. I tried everything from 24 to 12. Nothing seemed to work. After a month of leaking tanks and just bitterness towards everything in general I was unable to break my 2 PAD habit.

Then, 3 weeks ago something just clicked inside me and I went out and bought an JOMS Lite 50 from a vendor inside the mall I work at. That worked for about 2 days then just crapped out on me. I thought to myself, great here we go again. The vendor opted to replace the device with a istick 50W. Since receiving that mod I went from 2PAD down to 5 cigarettes a day down to zero in a little under a week. It has been 9 days since my last cigarette and I can not begin to express how much better I feel. For my first week cigarette free I treated my self to a new device that doesn't run a risk of blowing up (I am guilty of not fully doing research on equipment before hand) and I can not be happier.

I started with level 6 nic this round and I was instantly feeling it. After a few days I started cutting 6 with 3 and now I am at 3. I still receive the general "a cigarette would be tasty right now" feeling but that goes away fairly quick. I know its early but I feel extremely confident I am done with cigarettes all together. I am breathing better (last 5 years I would get bronchitis that would turn in to pneumonia at least twice a year), I am sleeping better and oh my god food is tasting so much better. Orange cream soda is now a guilty pleasure of mine, it is so good. Since making the switch I feel like a brand new person - and that anything is possible with my health. Hell, I may even start running here soon.

Welp, I bored you guys long enough. Take care and I hope to talk to you guys later.

Glad to hear you're off the stinkies. Stick to it, you'll continue to feel better for the rest of you're life. One thing I would do is keep a higher nicotine level just in case you get the urge for a cigarette.

Thank you. 6 started to make me nauseous and give me headaches. I was using juices with 20% pg in them. Maybe I should try 100% vg at 6 and see how that goes. Thank you.

Congratulation and welcome! Keep up the good work!

Lordy, lordy I will try.
Hello and welcome.:toast: I used to have a semi permanent bronchitis situation also, went away completely after I started vaping about 5 years ago. Keep at it, vaping works.

I feel like a new person and more importantly I dont smell. I used to carry body spray with me (have a can in the car and at work) because I was embarrassed by the cigarette smell. Feels good knowing I also do not have to use those but only once maybe twice a day depending on the weather.

Congratulations with your success and welcome to the forum @Linus616. Glad to have you here!:)

What tank are you using with your mod?

Right now I am using the Triton from Aspire. I love top filling tanks now. I do not believe I will ever go back.

Inspirational! :)

Congratulations.

Thank you. I had help though. I read Allan Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking before I started vaping. That book really puts a ton of things into perspective and helped with the transition a lot.

Grats and welcome.

Thank you.
Nice job! *hi fives*

Back at cha!
