Regarding quitting the analogs totally, I'd try upping your nic. See if that gets you enough satisfaction from vaping alone. Or you could try NETS, naturally extracted tobaccos. They do actually taste like tobacco,
just not burnt, delicious and very satisfying.
Or you could try some SNUS for a transition period, a form of less harmful
swedish dipping tobacco. Swedish males, of whom a lot do snus instead of smoke,
have the lowest cancer rate in europe.

But hey... what matters is the cigarettes you did not smoke. Everyone one of them
counts. So congrats on that:thumb:

Howdy there Bob and welcome.
Wow 4 packs a day, that's a lot.
What worked for me, a 1 to 1 1/2 pack a day smoker, was that every time I thought about having a cig I'd promise myself "sure" but first I just have to vape and then I'll have that smoke. Then I'd vape 18mg juice, which for me was pretty high, knowing full well that after vaping it the last thing I'd feel like having was a smoke. Not sure that method would work for someone smoking 4 packs a day though. Good luck with it.
